As a registered architect and project manager, Erin McCulley’s sustainable design expertise and leadership responsibilities extend through all phases of design, documentation, and the construction process. She adeptly brings together all of the disparate parts of a project.
Prior to joining CLA, Erin worked on diverse projects for residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, and healthcare. Her attention to detail was honed on these types of buildings and continues today. Erin is an expert at identifying and focusing on long-term project goals and figuring out the details to achieve strong and cohesive architectural results.
A sustainability advocate, Erin is an active member of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council and the point person for energy modeling within CLA. She is a member of the ACE Mentor Program Eastern Pennsylvania Affiliate board of directors and also serves as a volunteer mentor on the Cope Linder ACE team.
Erin is a runner who regularly competes in half marathons and Philadelphia’s Broad Street 10-Mile Run. She resides in Glenolden, Pa.
Erin holds an M.S. in Sustainable Design and a B.Arch from Philadelphia University and is registered in Pa. She joined CLA in 2014.
