W Philadelphia and Element Philadelphia Hotel

The W Philadelphia and Element Philadelphia Hotel are two distinctive brands designed within a single tower rising at 15th and Chestnut Streets in Center City, Philadelphia.

Starwood Hotel & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE:HOT) will operate the dual-branded facility to include the 295-room W Philadelphia and 460-room Element Philadelphia Hotel. Scheduled to open in 2018, the 51-story, 773,500 SF LEED Certified project will offer hotel guests panoramic city views, an outdoor pool bar and terrace, meeting and banquet facilities, food and beverage venues, prime retail space, and parking for 171 cars.

Guests will enter W Philadelphia via the hotel’s distinctive Chestnut Street lobby, which will feature a signature W Living Room, VIP room, and a 150-seat destination restaurant. The hotel will also feature a 2,900-square-foot spa, 1,400-square-foot FIT gym, and 7,000-square-foot WET outdoor terrace with a year-round heated outdoor pool and bar, and 45,000 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting and event space.

The Element Philadelphia will feature a separate arrival lobby on Chestnut Street with elevator access to the main second floor lobby, which will feature a 1,400-square-foot breakfast and lounge area, a 1,600-square-foot fitness center, and 560 square feet of branded meeting space.
