The Water Club

The Water Club features a distinctive 38-story hotel tower with 800 one- and two-bedroom luxury suites. Water is the design theme, expressed in finishes, materials, and an abundance of pools and water features. A 25-yard lap pool and spa are perched on the 32nd floor, offering spectacular ocean views. Four additional pools are located at the base of the tower, with their own distinctive environments, outdoor terraces, water features, and bars. Lobbies and public spaces are enlivened with lounges, retail shops, and meeting facilities. The 840,000-sf, $400 million project completes the multi-phased development master plan of the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa at Renaissance Point.

Cope Linder Architects comprised one half of BLT/CLA Joint Venture, which served as executive architect with Laurence Lee Associates as interior designer.
